Now that we have been back almost a week and are (mostly!) over the jet lag, I wanted to write you a word of thanks for all your help in planning our vacation to Australia! We had an AMAZING time and all of your recommendations were great.

There was some shifting of our flight from LAX to SYD while you were in Australia yourself, and Down Under Answers was very helpful - they were able to rebook us on another direct flight so we were very grateful! All of the hotel accommodations were first-rate, as were the snorkeling trip to Low Isles and the Kuranda Rail/Skyway excursions. We appreciated your recommendations in Sydney too - we loved the Rocks Market and the Tourist Information Centres were so helpful! They even booked us an evening tour at the Sydney Observatory, which was awesome to see the night sky in a totally different hemisphere.

So thanks for all your hard work and all of the details that took care of which made our trip so easy. I can't tell you how many times Franco and I would say, "Rhonda recommended this or that" and it was perfect! We loved Hamilton Island (they upgraded our room to an ocean view for free - and it was incredible!) and Port Douglas too - we felt like we had enough time to visit each place we stayed without feeling rushed, although we left Australia already planning to go back again whenever we might be able to! Qantas is such a great airline - our flight from SYD to LAX was delayed almost 6 hours when we left, but they gave us all sorts of food vouchers and let us wait in the executive lounge, then took care of rebooking our NW flight to MSP. When do you get such service from American airlines these days??

All in all we were 100% satisfied with the trip and with all the service you provided. The gift basket that arrived on our doorstep when we got home was the icing on the cake! What a thoughtful gesture with nice treats to helped us ease back into cooking our own meals again! :) We will definitely be recommending you to any family or friends who travel to the South Pacific - Franco's mother already has a friend who wants to take her family to Australia and wants your contact information. So thank you for helping us plan the trip of a lifetime with such little stress and such great enjoyment. I hope we'll be able to work with you again in the future!
